Free Shipping We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. No minimums, no codes needed — it's included automatically at checkout.
How Your Order Ships Hazel's Coven is a small, independently run shop. Your mystery bundles are personally packed and shipped by me, Hazel, from my home with care and intention. Some items in your order — such as my custom designed print-on-demand products like mugs, calendars, and wall clocks — are produced and fulfilled by our trusted print partner and may ship separately.
Processing & Production Time
- Mystery bundles: 2–5 business days to pack and ship
- Print-on-demand items: 5–10 business days for production before shipping
Estimated Delivery Times (after shipping)
- United States: 7–14 business days
Please note these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Split Shipments If your order contains both a mystery bundle and a print-on-demand item, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal — your full order is on its way!
